Focus timer for ADHD adults

One task. One timer. No shame.

A focus companion built for ADHD adults: hold one task in front of you, run a 5 to 25 minute session, pause with zero penalty, and let kind nudges bring you back when you drift.

What it does

Not another Pomodoro app. An external executive-function layer that remembers so you don't have to.

Single-task focus view

One task on screen, everything else hidden until you are done.

Sessions that fit you

5, 10, 15 or 25 minute presets or your own length. Pause and resume freely; nothing is lost.

Gentle drift nudges

Kind reminders during a session, never guilt, never streaks to break.

Lock-screen timer

The running session shows on your lock screen and in a home-screen widget; on Android 16 it uses the system Live Updates timer.

Medication reminders

Flexible reminders for your meds, in quiet notification channels tuned to be non-jarring.

Quiet focus rooms (Pro)

Optional body doubling: see that others are focusing too. No chat, no scores, no streaks.

See it in action

A short walkthrough of the real app.

How it works

  1. Write the one thingPut the task you are doing now at the top. Everything else waits.
  2. Pick a length and startThe timer runs in the foreground so it survives battery savers; pause whenever you need.
  3. Come back kindlyA soft nudge if you drift, a calm summary when you finish, and your history keeps the wins.

In your language

On first launch you pick your language. The app downloads a free on-device translation pack from Google (ML Kit) for it and translates its screens on your phone; you can change the language any time in Settings. Translations are automatic, so a phrase may read a little differently than a native speaker would put it.

FAQ

Is it a Pomodoro timer?

No forced 25/5 cycles. You choose 5, 10, 15 or 25 minutes or your own length, and pausing has no penalty.

Does it work if my phone kills background apps?

The timer runs as a foreground service with a persistent notification, which is what Android keeps alive. If a manufacturer battery saver still stops it, Settings has a guide for allowing it.

What are focus rooms?

An optional Pro feature: a quiet room where you can see that other people are focusing right now. No chat, no leaderboards, no streaks. Your name is never shown unless you choose a display label.

Is it medical advice?

No. It is a focus tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat anything.
