Yes. OctoPulse is free to download and use. Small ads keep it free — they never pop up while you’re printing.
No. There’s no account, no sign-up. Just open the app and connect to your printer on your Wi-Fi.
If your printer uses OctoPrint — yes. That includes OctoPi on a Raspberry Pi and most setups that run OctoPrint. If you can open OctoPrint in your browser, OctoPulse can connect.
No. Everything stays between your phone and your printer on your Wi-Fi. We don’t see your prints, files, or camera. Privacy Policy
OctoPulse works best when your phone and printer are on the same Wi-Fi. If you’ve set up remote access for OctoPrint, you can enter that address in the app.
You’ll see a small banner at the bottom and sometimes a full-screen ad after you finish a setup step — never during a print. You can control ad personalization in your phone’s settings.
Yes. The code is open on GitHub under the MIT license. You can view it, suggest changes, or build it yourself.
