Effective October 30, 2026 · Dead Tide by Hartmann Studios

These terms apply to the Dead Tide game for Android ("the game") published by Hartmann Studios ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it.

Virtual items and purchases

The game includes virtual gold and an optional "Remove Ads" purchase, sold through Google Play. Gold and other virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you rather than sold. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service; refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies. Because game progress is stored on your device, gold and progress can be lost if you uninstall the game or clear its data; "Remove Ads" is restored automatically from your Google Play account.

Ads

The free game shows ads from Google AdMob as described in our Privacy Policy. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content.

Fair play

Please do not use cheats, modified versions of the game, or tools that tamper with purchases or ads. We may stop supporting purchases made through tampering.

Content

The game contains fantasy and cartoon violence against zombies and is intended for players aged 13 and over.

Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law permits. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hartmann Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or virtual items, arising from your use of the game. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game's in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Changes and termination

We may update the game and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.
