Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gizmo Gunners: Robot Shooter app ("Gizmo Gunners", "the game") published by Hartmann Studios ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how the game handles information.
1. The game
Gizmo Gunners is an offline cartoon shooter in which you play against computer-controlled robots in story missions, Survival waves and Bot Deathmatch. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. Eligibility
The game is rated for teens (cartoon violence) and is not designed for children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the game only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your purchases.
3. In-app purchases and virtual items
- Remove Ads, coin and gem packs and cosmetic hero skins are sold through Google Play. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy and may vary by country.
- Coins and gems are virtual items with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred, and they are licensed to you, not sold. Gems buy cosmetic items only.
- Remove Ads and hero skins unlock for as long as the game is offered, on devices using the same Google account. Use Restore purchases in Settings after reinstalling or on a new phone. Coins and gems are stored on your phone; resetting progress or uninstalling deletes unspent coins and gems.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policies.
- There are no loot boxes, no subscriptions and no battle pass.
4. Ads
The game shows ads from Google AdMob as described in the Privacy Policy: one banner on menu screens only, a full-screen ad only after a mission ends, and optional reward videos. The Remove Ads purchase turns off banners and full-screen ads.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use cheats, hacks or modified versions of the game, reverse engineer it, or resell or redistribute it, except as the law allows. Don't use the game for anything unlawful.
6. Third-party content
The game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google Play Billing, and art, animation, sound and fonts released under open licenses, listed on our credits page. These are provided under their own terms. The game is built with Unity.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering features of the game. We may update these Terms; the new version will be posted on this page with a new date, and continuing to play after that means you accept it.
8. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hartmann Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of game progress. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
