ADHD Focus Companion is live on Google Play: one task, one timer, no shame
ADHD Focus Companion, a focus timer built for ADHD adults, is now on Google Play. One task at a time, 5 to 45 minute sessions, pause with zero penalty, kind nudges, no account.

ADHD Focus Companion, a new Android app from Hartmann Studios, is now live on Google Play. It is a focus timer built for ADHD adults, not another Pomodoro app. It holds one task in front of you, runs a session of 5 to 45 minutes (or any length you type), lets you pause with zero penalty, and brings you back with kind nudges when you drift.
What it does
- Single-task focus view: the one thing you are doing now, with everything else hidden.
- Sessions that fit you: 5, 10, 15, 25 or 45 minutes, or your own length. Pause and resume freely.
- Gentle drift nudges: kind reminders during a session. No guilt, and no streaks to break.
- A lock-screen timer and home-screen widget. On Android 16 it uses the system Live Updates timer.
- Medication reminders in quiet notification channels.
- Quiet focus rooms (Pro): live body doubling, where you can see that other people are focusing right now. No chat, no scores, no streaks.
Private by design
No account. Your tasks, sessions and reminders stay on your phone. Nothing leaves the device unless you join a quiet focus room, and then other people see only the label you choose.
Free and Pro
The free app is the real app, with ads between sessions and never during one. Pro (monthly or yearly subscription) removes ads and adds quiet focus rooms, gentle stats and unlimited history.
In your language
Pick your language on first launch. The app translates its screens on your phone, and you can change it any time in Settings.
ADHD Focus Companion is a focus tool, not a medical device.
