Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Pantry Tracker app ("Pantry", "the app") published on Google Play by Hartmann Studios ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app
Pantry Tracker is a personal pantry, expiry and shopping-list app. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Expiry alerts are based on the dates you enter and are reminders only; always check food yourself before eating it. Product information from Open Food Facts is community-maintained and may be inaccurate.
Free version, ads and Pro
The free version is supported by ads from Google AdMob. Pantry Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play; the price, billing period and renewal terms are shown in Google Play before you subscribe, and Google's terms and refund policy apply to the purchase. You can cancel any time in Google Play; cancelling stops future renewals and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
Your content
Your pantry data stays on your device and belongs to you. In a household, everyone with the code can see and edit the shared pantry; share the code only with people you trust.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, interfere with the app or Google's services, or try to circumvent the ads or the subscription.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; the current terms are always on this page. We may stop providing the app or any feature at any time. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
