Delete your data

Effective date: October 20, 2026 · Last updated: October 20, 2026 · App: Gig Mileage Tracker (package com.chartmann.gigmileagetracker) · Developer: Hartmann Studios

Gig Mileage keeps your data on your phone. Here is how to delete it, and what happens to purchases.

Delete inside the app

Open a trip and choose Delete, or Settings → Delete all data to wipe trips, imports, expenses and reports.

Exports

CSV/PDF files you saved or shared are yours to delete where you put them.

Delete everything

Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps → Gig Mileage → Storage → Clear storage. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing on our side to delete.

Pro subscription

The subscription is tied to your Google Play account, not to the app's data. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. After reinstalling, Settings → Restore purchases brings Pro back while the subscription is active.

Data held by Google

Data collected by Google AdMob and Google Play Billing is retained by Google under its own policies; you can manage ad settings in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads and at My Ad Center.
