Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Gig Mileage Tracker app ("Gig Mileage", "the app") published on Google Play by Hartmann Studios ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app
Gig Mileage Tracker is a mileage, expense and earnings logbook for drivers. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Distances come from your phone's sensors and may be imperfect; reports and tax estimates are for your records only and are not tax, legal or accounting advice.
Free version, ads and Pro
The free version is supported by ads from Google AdMob. Gig Mileage Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play; the price, billing period and renewal terms are shown in Google Play before you subscribe, and Google's terms and refund policy apply to the purchase. You can cancel any time in Google Play; cancelling stops future renewals and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
Your content
Your trips and imports stay on your device and belong to you. Keep your own copies of exported reports; the app is not a system of record for tax filing.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law, interfere with the app or Google's services, or try to circumvent the ads or the subscription.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; the current terms are always on this page. We may stop providing the app or any feature at any time. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
