EventCrew is live on Google Play: keep your group together at concerts and festivals
EventCrew is a new Android app from Hartmann Studios: one person starts an event and shares a link, friends join in their browser with no install, and everyone gets a live map, group chat and photos. Everything is permanently deleted when the event ends. Now free on Google Play.

EventCrew, a new Android app from Hartmann Studios, is now live on Google Play. It keeps your group together at concerts, festivals and any crowded event, then deletes everything when the event is over.
How it works
- The leader starts an event in the app and shares the invite link (a text, a group chat, anywhere).
- Friends open the link in their phone's browser. No install and no account: they pick a nickname and share their location. They can add it to their home screen to get notifications.
- Everyone sees the group on one live map, with a group chat, shared photos and a meetup pin the leader can drop.
If a friend's phone dies, the map keeps their last known spot, so you know where to start looking.
It forgets everything, on purpose
When the event ends, everything about it is permanently deleted: locations, chat, photos, everything. There are no backups.
Anyone can leave at any time, and leaving removes that person's location, messages and photos right away. There are no accounts for friends, chat, photos, nicknames and locations are encrypted with a key that travels in the invite link, there are no analytics on members, and your data is never sold. Location is shared only during an event, only with your group.

The leader stays in charge the whole time: approve or remove people, make new invite links or revoke old ones, change settings, and end the event for everyone.
