Delete your data
Pawdub has no account and no servers. Your clips, pet profiles and settings stay on your phone, so you can delete them yourself at any time. We hold nothing about you to delete.
Delete data in the app
- One clip: open your library, open the clip, and tap Delete.
- Everything: Settings → Delete all data. This removes every clip, pet profile, favourite line, bark diary entry and setting from the app immediately.
- Languages: downloaded subtitle languages can be removed in Settings → Languages.
Delete everything from your phone
- Android Settings → Apps → Pawdub → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. This deletes all of the app's data.
- Videos, stickers or images you exported to your gallery or shared to another app are your own files; delete them where you saved or sent them.
Ad data (free version)
Google AdMob collects device information to show ads (see the Privacy Policy). You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, and manage Google's data at My Ad Center and Google Account data & privacy.
Purchases
Your purchase history is kept by Google Play under your Google account. Deleting the app's data does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the Google Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Support issues
If you opened a GitHub issue and want it removed, open an issue asking us to delete it (don't include personal data) and we will.
