Delete your data
Shape & Shade has no account and no servers. Your photos, measurements and results stay on your phone, so you can delete them yourself at any time. We hold nothing about you to delete.
Delete saved scans in the app
- One scan: open History, open the scan, and tap Delete.
- Everything: Settings → Delete all scans. This removes every saved scan from your phone immediately.
Delete everything from your phone
- Android Settings → Apps → Shape & Shade → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. This deletes all saved scans and settings.
- Images you shared or saved outside the app (for example, a result card in your gallery or a chat) are your own files; delete them where you saved or sent them.
Ad data (free version)
Google AdMob collects device information to show ads (see the Privacy Policy). You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, and manage Google's data at My Ad Center and Google Account data & privacy.
Support issues
If you opened a GitHub issue and want it removed, open an issue asking us to delete it (don't include personal data) and we will.
