These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wild Lens: Jungle Rescue app ("Wild Lens", "the game") published by Hartmann Studios ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how the game handles information.

1. The game

Wild Lens is a single-player jungle adventure in which you play a wildlife photographer who uncovers a poacher ring across story missions. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

2. Eligibility

The game is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the game only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for your purchases.

3. In-app purchases, the Wild Lens VIP subscription and in-game items

  • Remove Ads is an optional one-time purchase sold through Google Play. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy and may vary by country.
  • Remove Ads stays unlocked for as long as the game is offered, on devices using the same Google account. Use Restore purchases in Settings after reinstalling or on a new phone.
  • FILM is earned in the game only. It has no cash value, cannot be bought, exchanged for real money or transferred, and is stored on your phone; starting a new game or uninstalling deletes it.
  • Wild Lens VIP is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play, in a monthly plan and a yearly plan. It gives: no ads, a daily gift of 200 FILM (once per day while the subscription is active), double FILM from every photo and mission, the Gold Lens, and a red bandana for Pip. It does not unlock story content; the whole story stays free.
  • The price of each plan is shown in Google Play and in the game before you subscribe and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown, until you cancel it.
  • You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or the Manage subscription button in the game). Cancelling stops the next renewal; the VIP extras stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Uninstalling the game does not cancel a subscription.
  • Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policies. If a subscription ends, lapses or is refunded, the VIP extras stop; FILM already earned stays in your save.
  • There are no loot boxes.

4. Ads

The game shows ads from Google AdMob as described in the Privacy Policy: one banner on the title screen, an occasional full-screen ad between missions, and optional rewarded ads. The Remove Ads purchase turns off the banner and the between-mission ads.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use cheats, hacks or modified versions of the game, reverse engineer it, or resell or redistribute it, except as the law allows. Don't use the game for anything unlawful.

6. Third-party content

The game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google's User Messaging Platform and Google Play Billing, and 3D models, textures, animation, sound, music and fonts released under open licenses, listed with their authors on our credits page. These are provided under their own terms. The game is built with Unity.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop offering features of the game. We may update these Terms; the new version will be posted on this page with a new date, and continuing to play after that means you accept it.

8. Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. The game is fiction: places, people and events in it are invented.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hartmann Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of game progress or photos. Our total liability for any claim relating to the game is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
